Welcome to Harris County WCID 158

Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 158 (District) was created by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), effective August 16, 2007, in accordance with the Texas Water Code, Chapter 51. The District operates pursuant to Chapter 49 and 51 of the Texas Water Code to finance, construct, own, and operate drainage and recreational facilities to the property owners within the boundaries of the District.
